PURCHASE OF SONGS IN MP3 FORMAT |
Songs in the mp3 format can only be purchased and downloaded if:
- the browser (the program you are using for the surfing) accepts the cookies;
- for the download you use the same PC used for the placement of the order.
Once the order is completed you’ll receive an e-mail at your address containing the details of the order and an access code for the download of the purchased files.
The files must be downloaded within 10 days from the order.

PAYMENT METHODS |
If you purchase CD's you may choose from three different payment methods:
- by transfer to a post account;
- wiring the money to a bank account;
- by debiting a credit card
In the case of payments made to a post or bank account, ordered CD's will only be shipped upon receipt of payment. You may safe some time by sending the payment receipt by fax (+39-045-6770497) or mail (info@azzurramusic.it) and indicating also the order number.
For purchases of songs or entire albums in mp3 format, the only accepted payment method is credit card.

SHIPMENT COSTS |
Shipments will be made for minimum orders of Euro 8,00.
For shipments to the following list of countries, the shipment cost is Euro 2,25.
- AUSTRIA
- BELGIUM
- FINLAND
- FRANCE
- GERMANY
- GREECE
- IRELAND
- ITALY
- LUXEMBOURG
- NETHERLAND
- PORTUGAL
- SPAIN
For all other countries shipment costs are Euro 4,50.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT |
As per law customer may withdraw from the purchase by sending the purchased goods back within 7 days from their receipt to:
